Originally built on the entire plot of land, careful rehabilitation work begins, where demolition is reduced to a minimum, more than 60% of the building’s surfaces are retained in order to obtain views, height under livable ceiling and sunshine necessary for the home. The architecture of the facades is varied and harmonious thanks to the common principle of exterior wooden joinery and glazed terracotta cladding in shades of green. Laid in a herringbone pattern, the terracotta on the facade recalls the veins of a leaf. We also find this motif on the design of locksmith bodyguards. Exterior blinds to ensure summer comfort dress the windows in a gradient green dress. The dark green of the facings on the ground floor becomes lighter from floor to floor to blend in with the greenery on the roof.
